ABOUT US
JLR Welding was established in 2012. It started with Josh and a 2005 Duramax truck equipped with a Lincoln Vantage 400 welder, servicing Yukon mines, often working outside throughout the seasons.
The truck was upgraded to a 2003 Duramax, then to a 2011 Dodge 5500, while visiting many more sites. Today, JLR Welding has an M2 Freightliner, affectionately known as Dorthie, and a pleasantly warm shop in which to work.

Josh and his team are based in Whitehorse, and combined, they have decades of experience working in the North on projects ranging from rebuilding equipment buckets and blades to custom drilling equipment. JLR Welding partners with other local companies to ensure the best products.
